To this end, we strive to create platforms for regular, open and respectful engagements with our personnel, in an effort to establish a workplace that cares about our employees’ personal well-being and safely. We also allocate resources annually for our personnel’s training and development to sharpen their competencies and help them stay abreast of new developments in the industry.
